You'll receive your customer portal login credentials via email within 24 hours of placing your order. The email will include your unique username, temporary password, and a direct link to the portal. If you don't receive the email, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.

Requesting revisions is easy! Simply:

1. Log in to your customer portal
2. Navigate to the document you want revised
3. Click the "Request Revision" button
4. Describe the changes you'd like to see
5. Submit your request

Your assigned career expert will review your request and update the document within 24-48 hours. You'll receive an email notification when the revised version is ready.

Yes! All documents in your portal are available in multiple formats including:

• PDF (for printing and email attachments)
• Microsoft Word (.docx) for easy editing
• Plain text for copying into online applications
• ATS-friendly versions optimized for applicant tracking systems

Your portal access is lifetime! You can log in anytime to view, download, or reference your documents. However, the unlimited revision period is 60 days from the date of your initial document delivery. After 60 days, revision requests may incur an additional fee, but you'll always have access to download your documents.

Two-factor authentication adds an extra layer of security to your portal account. When you log in, you'll need two things:

1. Something you know: Your password
2. Something you have: Your phone or authenticator app

After entering your password, you'll receive a 6-digit verification code via:

• SMS text message to your registered phone number
• Authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, Microsoft Authenticator)

You can enable 2FA in your portal settings after your first login. We highly recommend enabling this feature to protect your sensitive career documents and personal information.
